Our regular sessions at the centre include:
Stay and Play – a session for parents, grandparents and carers and their children.
Baby and Bumps - MONDAY 10-11:30 am For babies up to 12 months and mums to be
General Stay and Play - MONDAY 1-2:30 pm For children up to 5 years
General Stay and Play - Thursday 9:15-11am For children up to 5 years
Young Parents Group - Starting Tuesday 7th February (under 23years old)
Registered Childminders' Group for childminders and the children in their care,
Wednesday 9.15-11am
Please bring a certificate of registration for your first session.
Family Fun Time is a Stay and Play session for parents, grandparents and carers with their children up to the age of 8.
Third SATURDAY of every month, 10 a.m. - 12 a.m.
Dates for 2012 are: January 21st, February 18th, March 17th, April 21st, May 19th, June 16th (We are having a break in July), August 18th, September 15th, October 20th, November 17th and December 15th.
The Midwives are at the centre to carry out 10-day post natal checks on Thursday afternoons. Appointments must be booked with your midwife.
A well-baby clinicis held at the centre on Monday mornings, 10-11:30. This is run by the health visitors.
Every Child a Talker sessions (ECat for short) nurture children's speech and language development in all kinds of ways. (These sessions are by invitation, please call to find out more).
Parenting Puzzle is a course to share experiences as parents and explore new parenting ideas. By invitation - This will held at Clarendon Children's Centre from 7-9pm for 10weeks, starting from Wednesday 18th January. Please ring Clarendon on 01784 424759 for more information.
We support a BabyCafe for pregnant and breastfeeding mothers and their partners at the Clarendon Children's Centre in Ashford every Thursday, 12.30 - 2pm.
