I have over 25 years experience in childcare and education, which began when my own children attended pre-school. My background includes working with children who have special needs, and the regulation of early years childcare and education. I enjoy supporting children's development and believe that they deserve the very best start in life. I love working with the team at the centre and families in the community to achieve this.

Lynn Broughton

Family Coordinator

I have nearly 30 years experience of working in childcare and I believe that working together with families in the community is a worthwhile and rewarding experience. I have the NNEB (National Nursery Education Board) diploma. I take the lead on our Every Child a Talker (ECaT) activities. ECaT is a national strategy to help children develop all kinds of communication skills naturally and confidently before they start school and it influences everything we do at the centre. I have worked with children since leaving college age 17 (a long time ago!) in many different settings and I have a real passion to work with families and children within the community.  I have the  National Nursery Education Board (NNEB) diploma and take the lead at the children's centre on our new Parenting Puzzle course.

Linda Reynolds

I am a qualified teacher with many years experience of teaching young children and also of teaching lifeskills to adults. I enjoy getting to know families in the community and I take the lead at the Children's Centre on links with our two local schools.

Andrea Moran

I qualified as a childminder 4 years ago and spent 18 months looking after children under 5 years. I then went on to work for Richmond Childminding Association where I gained a Level 3 in childcare. I worked in Children Centres across the borough as a 'Stay & Play' facilitator.  I am thoroughly enjoying working as an outreach worker at Stanwell.

I gained my NVQ 3 in Early Years Care and Education eight years ago, and have worked with children ever since. I always enjoyed getting to know the families of the children I worked with. So I decided to move into family work. I’m glad I did as I am enjoying it hugely.

I have been working as part of the team at Stanwell Children's Centre for over 3 years.  I am usually the first person people meet as they come into the centre.  My job has many varied roles and responsibilities.  I enjoy the interaction with our families and feel I have built up good relationships with them all.
